Vocal Freedom Camp and Åmål Musik Healing are delighted to invite a small group of people to participate in a 5-day Self Empowerment Retreat in Åmål, Sweden.

This retreat is designed by artist, coach and energy worker Caroline Waters in tandem with nurse, grief councillor, life joy specialist and chef Lena Olsson.

The seminar includes: - food and lodging in a gorgeous villa, situated a hop, skip and jump from lovely beaches and forest trails - sightseeing - a 5-day empowerment seminar, designed to open our hearts, voices and being to our most authentic and joyous expression

For those of you travelling from distant countries, it is recommended you fly into Gothenburg. Reasonable air fares can be found via British Airways or Orbitz.com

We will coordinate transportation from Gothenburg on September 23rd at 12noon. It is also easy to take the train to Åmål, where we will pick you up from the station.
